To take advantage of our brand-new Referral Rewards Program, all you need to do is invite friends and family to contact our team, ask them to mention that you referred them and you will immediately receive $250 credit.
Did they forget to mention you? No problem! We keep track of every contact we receive. So if a friend called us but failed to mention your name, simply let us know and we’ll get your credit to you.

Who Can Join Rothschild Safaris Referral Rewards?
Every existing Rothschild Safaris client is eligible for Referral Rewards. If you have travelled with us at any time, you can start receiving rewards immediately for every new client you invite to Rothschild Safaris.
The only exception is for travel agents and their families. However, while you may not be able to benefit from our Referral Rewards, we always want to say thank you, so give us a call!

What if my friend or family member forgets to mention me?
We all forget from time to time, and when discussing the journey of a lifetime, it is forgivable to not mention those who referred us. If this happens, simply email or call us, tell us your friend’s name and we will take care of the rest.

How can I use my credit?
You can apply your credit to any future trips with Rothschild Safaris. You can use some or all of your accumulated credit.

Can my credit accumulate?
Absolutely. Your Rothschild Safaris account will keep track of every referral, accumulating your credit for use when the time is right. You than can split your credit across several trips or use it all in one go.

Can my credit be transferred?
No. Your credit is yours and yours alone. However, if you are travelling with others, your credit can be applied to the group booking as a whole.

Can my credit be used elsewhere?
As a valued Rothschild Safaris client, we want to reward you specifically. Because of this, your credit is only applicable for the Rothschild Safaris Referral Rewards Program. Your credit may not be applied solely towards air travel. Credit may only be applied to the value of a complete itinerary booked through Rothschild Safaris.

Does my Referral Rewards credit expire?
Yes, but don’t worry – you have plenty of time! Your rewards credit is valid for three years, allowing you to accumulate credit and then apply it when the time is right for you.

Is there a minimum booking value for credit application?
You can apply $250 for every $5,000 you spend. If your next booking is valued at $20,000, that’s a $1,000 discount!

Is there a maximum amount of points I can accrue?
No – your rewards are unlimited! The more people you refer, the more credit you will receive, so tell everyone about Rothschild Safaris today!

I’ve already booked, but my friend just called you…
No problem! Even if you have confirmed your booking, we can apply new Referral Rewards right up until your time of payment. The one thing we can’t do is refund you once you have paid for your trip.

What constitutes a ‘referral’?
Anyone who calls or emails us and expresses a valid, genuine interest in travel with Rothschild Safaris within the next three years is considered a referral. If it is evident that the new client has no interest in our services at all, we will contact you to discuss further and may withhold credit. So long as the new client has reasonable interest, you’ll receive your credit.

Can I ‘cash out’ my credit?
Unfortunately, no. Referral Rewards cannot be given in cash and apply only to travel with Rothschild Safaris.

When do Rothschild Referral Rewards commence?
Our Referral Rewards program commences on Friday 17th June 2022. Referrals prior to this date will not qualify for Referral Rewards.
