What was your most memorable experience?
Safari… elephants at the watering hole at tanda tula…mind blowing!
Witnessing the kill of a wart hog by two lions who had chased away a leopard who actually killed it. The leopard ran by us and leapt up a tree next to us.
What was the biggest surprise?
We did not realize how close you could get to just hang out and watch the animals… amazing.
That our Land Rover, with us in it, seemed to be nearly invisible and of no consequence to the animals.
What advice you would give to other travelers?
GO. NOW.
Take a safari, and be sure to bring good binoculars.
