Kicheche Laikipia is a small, luxurious tented camp nestled in the shadows of Mount Kenya at the foot of an indigenous forest overlooking a waterhole. The camp’s “safari chic” style blends luxury with the African wilderness.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy supports Kenya’s largest concentration of black rhino. It is also home to a wealth of elephant, cheetah, lion, leopard and a host of plains game.

We like using this camp at the beginning of a safari before heading into places like Masai Mara. Kicheche Laikipia is also a wonderful place to break up a drive for longer safaris heading into Samburu and Northern Kenya.
