Jodie Heathcote

Jodie has been living and breathing travel for over 10 years now. From crouching through the Great Pyramids in Egypt to hiking high altitudes for days to reach the mind blowing Machu Picchu. From zip lining through the dense green forests of Costa Rica to working and living on an island in the middle of the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. She has traveled to over 35 countries and every continent except Antarctica (However, Antarctica is on her list!) Jodie loves taking the more intimate road less traveled, which makes her an expert at designing unique itineraries that suit each individual traveler. She is never shy of a good challenge!

It was Jodie’s first trip to East Africa which cemented her love and passion for all things Africa! Trekking with mountain gorillas in Uganda, immersing in Maasai culture to name only a few of her experiences. Since that very first trip she has returned to Africa several times and even volunteered in South Africa working and studying wildlife conservation.
