Ruthie has traveled to or lived in more countries than we have space to list! She has worked in the travel industry for the past 28 years and has lived and worked in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Morocco and Mexico.

For the past 14 years she has been specializing in Africa, the destination that has captured her soul, and she continues to build her expertise in Morocco adventures and African safaris. She spent three years discovering the hidden secrets of Morocco by escorting group tours and traveling solo along the unbeaten paths of Morocco. In addition to Morocco, she has visited many other countries on the African continent including Kenya, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, South Africa, Senegal and Tunisia. Her experiences include horseback safaris in Kenya, quad biking in Namibia, hiking the dunes of Namibia and the Sahara Desert, balloon safaris in Kenya, walking safaris and mobile camping in Zambia, mokoro in Botswana, water skiing in South Africa, camel riding in Morocco, snorkeling off Pemba Island in Tanzania and canoeing on the Zambezi River.

Ruthie also has stamps in her passport for the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Turkey, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Guam, Hawaii, Canada, Spain, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Austria, Jamaica, Turks and Caicos, Bahamas and the Dominican Republic.

Ruthie’s passion for travel and Africa travel in particular is infectious. She loves to share her extensive knowledge and experiences with clients as she plans the perfect safaris for them. In addition to being our Morocco expert, she also specializes in designing trips to Costa Rica, Galapagos Islands, Ecuador, Peru, Chile and Argentina.
